Memories of you. Copyright 6/15/98 by Dan Sharpe.

I took out the memory of you again today
hugged, caressed, and oh so softly loved you.

Stepped back in time to dreams of another day,
and smiled fondly as I thought again of you.

All I dreamed that you would be,
all that you were to me.

As I put the bitter sweet memory away like a cherrished treasure,
I cry from a depth of sorrow that only God can measure.

Farewell my love, until I open the memories again,
see you next time I open up my heart's pain.
