Personal Prayers From Scripture.

How to personalize scripture and use it to pray and build your faith.

One good way to pray is with a personalization of a Bible Passage, often a Psalm,
or a passage from a Psalm. Psalm 91 is a perfect candidate for personalization.
Which is a big word that emans you say "I" instead of "he". In other words you
make it your personal prayer or profession of faith. Also conversion into a personal
prayer means that you change its time refernce, from future to present.

For example:
"I say of the Lord" instead of "he shall say of the Lord".
This makes it even more personal, more applicable to you, here and now.
When you use a passage of scripture in this way it will both build up your faith
in what its promises are, and be a tool to release that faith.

That is why it is a great idea to pray or profess a personalized scripture daily,
or even many times a day. Be sure that your prayers do not become mere repitition
though, you want to meditate on the meaning and speak with conviction based
on the meaning of the scripture you are speaking.
